ADMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The student and the parent of the student, jointly and severally, (also referred to as ‘you’) hereby acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the terms & conditions of Egytim Academy, with the provisions herein. You confirm to have obtained a copy of these terms & conditions and have read, understood, and abide by them.

1. The student and the parent of the student, jointly and severally, (also referred to as ‘you’) acknowledge and agree with the provisions herein.
2. These terms & conditions, include the updated terms & conditions maintained on the website of Egytim Academy, (also referred to as ‘EA’) www.egytim.com.
3. The use of masculine pronoun shall be read as feminine, wherever appropriate.
4. You must maintain decorum, decency and follow the code of conduct expected in educational institution.
5. You must provide the student’s registration number with relevant Institute, examination hall-ticket copy and examination results copy.
6. The communication with you shall be done on contact details provided in this application form, or as informed by you in writing to us. Further, you shall take note of the communication on our official website and campus (notices / announcements).
7. The submission of admission application form and/or payment of any fee does not oblige EA to commence the classes and/or allow the student to attend the classes.
8. The batch or classes may commence only upon reaching the minimum number of admissions count, as appropriate to EA.
9. The fees paid, is not refundable, in any circumstances. However, in case of not reaching the minimum admissions, EA may cancel the admission of student and refund the entire fees.
10. The fees & amount payable by you, shall be paid in full within 15 days of submitting this application form. In case of default, the already paid amount will be forfeited and admission cancelled.
11. The student shall not be allowed to attend the class and test without settling the full fees and amount payable by you to EA.
12. You agree to provide feedback, review and interview, as may be required by EA, from time to time, in the manner EA deems fit and proper.
13. You agree and consent to provide your photograph and video and their usage in any of EA’s website, materials and other publications, online or offline.
14. You agree that EA’s coaching / guidance does not imply assured success or minimum scores.
15. You agree to not disclose confidential information about EA without prior permission.
16. You shall not use, copy, or distribute any materials and information provided by EA other than as expressly permitted. EA reserves the right to conclude the classes, portions and coaching in the manner and within the duration, it deems fit and proper.
17. EA reserves the right to change the time-table, session timings and faculties to handle the classes, in the manner, it deems fit and proper.
18. The student shall attend all the classes, tests and EA events and activities promptly, without fail. Leave without permission will lead to suspension or cancellation of admission.
19. The student shall not be allowed to attend classes and tests, in case, he fails in 3 or more tests.
20. The student must mandatorily complete home work / assignments / practice questions as suggested at EA.
21. You must keep yourself informed about student’s attendance, ongoing performance and progress.
22. EA may levy fines and penalties for not attending classes, tests, events and activities of EA and coming late in any of these sessions.
23. You are not allowed to transfer to any person and also not allowed to defer / shift, the batch / session assigned to the student.
24. Any damage or spoilage or loss caused by you to the EA including its venue, campus and property shall be recovered by EA from you.
25. You must wear formals while coming to EA.
26. The student must wear EA’s ID card while entering and being at EA campus.
27. The student must not use phone during classes.
28. Loud voice, argument, misbehaviour or any sort of indiscipline by you will not be tolerated.
29. Any sort of sexual comments, misbehaviour or sexual harassment by you, will not be tolerated.
30. You shall not indulge in any sort of protest, groupism or defamation towards or against EA.
31. EA reserves the right, and You consent to, conducting the classes, coaching, tests, etc. in the manner EA deems fit and proper. No interference by any person without the permission of EA shall be allowed in this. The schedule of classes, coaching, tests, leaves, venue allocation, infrastructure usage, faculty allocation, etc. is the prerogative of EA only.
32. EA reserves the right, and You consent to, covering the portions (fully or partly, slow or fast, etc.) in the manner EA deems fit and proper.
33. The fees paid by you is towards coaching and there is no obligation on EA to provide materials of any kind, unless there is a specific fee for materials collected, as such.
34. Where the fee for materials are collected by EA, it includes the notes provided in the classes and any other information / notes / questions shared by EA and it may or may not include any external materials, at the prerogative of EA.
35. No separate revisions shall be provided by EA to the student, unless there is a specific fee for revision collected, as such.
36. No separate mock tests shall be provided by EA to the student, unless there is a specific fee for mock tests collected, as such.
37. There is no obligation on EA to provide registration related services of any kind, unless there is a specific support fee for certain registrations, collected as such.
38. There is no obligation on EA to provide any other service of any kind (accomodation, food, transportation, etc.) to the student, unless there is a specific fee agreed and collected as such.
39. The student is not allowed to use the venue of EA, including any own or hired premises, before or after the classes, without the permission by EA.
40. Your entry into the venue of EA including its premises, its classes, its events and its activities, anywhere conducted, whether on own or hired premises or any premises, is subject to the permission by EA and EA reserves the right to prohibit your entry, without assigning any reasons or any intimation.
41. For any violation of the terms & conditions, student’s admission can be cancelled or suspended by EA, at its discretion. Further, there will be no refund of any kind to you.
42. The decision of EA shall be final and accepted by you, in any matter concerned.
43. EA reserves the right to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms & conditions, which shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
